What We Look For
Selling an estate, inherited collection, or larger inventory? We can review collections virtually and provide guidance on whether selling, consigning, grading, holding, or breaking up the collection makes the most sense.
Consignment Services
Consignment is ideal when you want professional presentation and selling support without giving up value through an immediate cash buyout.
Commission is based on the final sale price before shipping and applicable taxes. Final terms may vary by item, marketplace, risk, fees, and agreement.
Sports cards, graded slabs, raw cards, sealed wax, memorabilia, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, vintage and modern cards. Crown Reserve may decline items that do not fit our standards, expertise, or current demand.
The standard consignment period is 90 days unless otherwise agreed. At the end of the term, you may extend the consignment, request return of the item, or authorize pricing changes.
We work with you to establish a target price. Market conditions can change, but no major price reductions are made without approval unless agreed to in writing.
Payments are issued after the buyer's payment clears, the return window expires, and any marketplace holds are released. Payouts are typically issued within 7 business days after those conditions are met.
Consignors are responsible for safely getting items to Crown Reserve unless otherwise arranged. We recommend tracking and insurance for high-value items. Crown Reserve handles secure packaging and shipping after sale.
By consigning, you confirm you are the lawful owner and that the item is authentic to the best of your knowledge. Crown Reserve may refuse or remove any item believed to be counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented.
If an item does not sell during the consignment period, you may extend the agreement, request the item back, or approve revised pricing. Return shipping may apply.
While items are in our possession, we exercise reasonable care in handling and storage. In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, liability is limited to the mutually agreed consignment value.
For some deals, Crown Reserve may offer store credit instead of cash payout. Store credit can sometimes receive stronger value than a direct cash offer, especially when trading into available inventory.

Yes. Consignment is available for cards, wax, memorabilia, and collections that fit Crown Reserve standards. Terms are reviewed before items are accepted.
Yes. Raw cards are considered based on player, set, rarity, condition, and market demand.
Yes. PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC and other graded cards are reviewed case by case.
Most submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours, depending on volume and the amount of research required.
Yes. Trades are considered against available Crown Reserve inventory. Trade value may differ from a straight cash offer.
